Kathleen Fleming

Kathleen Fleming is a partner in Bridgespan’s San Francisco office. Since joining in 2017, Kathleen has worked primarily in Bridgespan’s philanthropy practice, with particular focus on supporting individual and family grantmakers working across a wide range of issue areas. Her projects have spanned philanthropy strategy, opportunity sourcing and due diligence, support for portfolio grantees, and impact assessment.
Prior to Bridgespan, Kathleen was a manager at Bain & Company, serving the healthcare and private equity practices. Before joining Bain out of business school, Kathleen worked in global public health as Program Director for Care 2 Communities, a nonprofit that supports a network of community-based primary care clinics in Haiti. Kathleen received a BA magna cum laude from Brown University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in healthcare management.
