Do schools fail our communities or do communities fail our schools? Mario Morino says it’s often the latter
"We want our schools to become cops [and] pseudo parents," says Mario Morino. "And we're wondering why those schools aren't functioning" at educating children. Since classrooms exist in a larger context, Morino focuses on communities.
