Partnering with the public: Leonard Aube discusses the challenges and the Annenberg Foundation’s response
To work at the public-private intersection takes a thick “stomach lining” says Leonard Aube, because people don’t hesitate to give feedback. So the Annenberg Foundation uses Yelp or other tools to track what people are saying and then, adjust accordingly.
