At the same table: Richard Atlas values funders and those working on the ground equally

As Interim CEO of the new California Endowment, Richard Atlas reconfigured the room to give everyone a seat at the table. “Funders can’t put their money to work without having people on the ground dealing face-to-face with their clients,” says Atlas.
