How Tigers make decisions: Julian Robertson, Jr. and the Tiger Foundation put decisions about which organizations to support to a vote
Tiger Foundation decisions are made at monthly meetings, where former Tiger Management employees convene to nominate and vote on ideas. The monthly meetings serve almost as “alumni get-together for (philanthropists) who have gone out on their own.”
