Seeking an entrepreneurial staff, the Cases gravitate toward private sector talent
It took a while to figure out that people from the private sector would best suit the Case Foundation. “We have a very entrepreneurial model,” says Jean Case, who describes the business plan competition by which the foundation develops its annual plans.
