Perpetuity with flexibility: Henry McCance’s daughters will have the option to spend down
Henry McCance set up his foundation in perpetuity, but says he also gave his two daughters “the flexibility, when I'm no longer around, to decide to terminate it in whatever period of time they choose or see fit.”
