Saying “no:” How Charles Bronfman keeps the majority of his resources focused on core projects

Charles Bronfman got a “wake up call” when the firm his CEO hired to critique his foundation’s giving reported that less than half of their giving went to their core projects. From that point on, Bronfman decided they would have to say “no” a lot more.
