Bridgespan Fellows are thought leaders and experts—including practitioners, academics, policymakers, journalists, or advocates—who collaborate with Bridgespan teams to:

• Research, develop, and disseminate insights to advance thinking and action for social change
• Support and collaborate with nonprofit/NGO, philanthropy, and impact investing leaders in their pursuit of social change
