Umang Manchanda

Manager, Mumbai

Umang is a manager in Bridgespan's Mumbai office. At Bridgespan, she has worked extensively across our advisory, knowledge and NGO capacity enhancement work. She has advised clients across sectors including adolescents, education, gender, health and urban governance on systems change and field building. Umang has been an early contributor to Bridgespan Mumbai’s multi-year knowledge efforts on “Pay What it Takes India Initiative” as well as “Community Driven Change”. Umang is also a coach on key aspects relating to strategy and talent to NGOs and social enterprises that participate in the Bridgespan Nonprofit Development Program (BNDP). Prior to Bridgespan, Umang was supporting the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh on an education systems transformation project as a consultant with Samagra Development Associates. She brings with her on-ground experience in the Education sector from her time as a Teach for India Fellow.

Umang is a 2017 MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and holds a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
