Rossina Naidoo

Rossina is a manager in Bridgespan’s Johannesburg office. She is dedicated to using her expertise to support changemakers in creating sustainable social impact across the African continent.

Rossina has worked across various Bridgespan practice areas, advising various African-based nonprofits and global nonprofits working in Africa, on their multi-year strategies, operating models, and impact narratives. Her clients span multiple sectors including, education, health, gender, technology, food security and nutrition, and community development.

Rossina has also advised philanthropic donors on equitable and effective Africa portfolio strategies, and contributed to Bridgespan research, most notably on the 2023 article, Closing the Capital Gap on Impact Investment in Africa.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Rossina worked in digital product management and service design in the telecommunication industry. She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College in Quantitative Social Science and Studio Art.
