Riti Mohapatra
Partner, MumbaiRiti is a partner in Bridgespan’s Mumbai office. She has deep experience on strategy and implementation of long-term government initiatives and has had the privilege of working with several government agencies in India and Asia. Riti has co-authored the recent article "Why Gender Matters for Funders in Any Issue Area" (Bridgespan.org, 2024),
Previously Riti worked at McKinsey & Company, where she led the strategy development and implementation of marquee government projects in India, including the school transformation program in primary schools of Mumbai and Hyderabad, where she worked very closely with the local government and NGO partners. She led the operationalization of the Performance Facilitation Unit for Bhutan’s Gross National Happiness Commission liaising with ten different Ministries to oversee and facilitate achievement of their development goals. She also led the literacy and numeracy improvement program for the Supreme Education Council at Qatar.
Riti has completed her Dual Degree (B.Tech & M.Tech) in Biotechnology and Biochemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
