Radhika Bhula

Manager, Boston

Radhika Bhula is a manager in Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining the firm in 2022, Radhika has worked with a range of philanthropy and nonprofit clients in fields such as workforce development, criminal justice, and public health. She is co-author of the article "How Philanthropic Collaboratives Measure, Evaluate, and Learn" (Bridgespan.org, 2024).

Prior to Bridgespan, Radhika worked for The Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, a global research center, where she managed its Education sector. Radhika worked with affiliated researchers and staff to disseminate evidence on effective strategies to improve educational outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. She supported policymakers, NGOs, and foundations to integrate evidence-based practices into policy and program design. Previously, Radhika worked in healthcare consulting and in the nonprofit sector.

Radhika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and English from the University of Michigan and her Master’s in Law and Diplomacy with concentrations in Development Economics and Human Security from The Fletcher School - Tufts University.
