Nicole Phillips

Nicole Phillips joined Bridgespan’s Boston office in 2006. She currently serves as the Vice President of Global Human Resources. Nicole is a purpose-driven HR leader, passionate about growing and optimizing businesses in partnership with talented leadership teams.

At Bridgespan, Nicole has built a highly engaged and respected human resources team. Together they have opened offices in Johannesburg, Mumbai, and Singapore. She established Bridgespan’s in-house recruitment function, built individual and team development programs, and implemented critical policies and practices to create a more just and equitable workplace.

Nicole’s blend of empathy and strong business acumen, combined with her deep-rooted desire to help others grow professionally, has contributed to success across global talent strategy, recruitment, engagement and retention, performance management, talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion, culture and employee experience, and employee relations and investigations.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, Nicole held talent management-related roles at Partners Healthcare and Abt Associates. Nicole holds a BA in Psychology from Westfield State University.
