
Juliana Rivera
Manager, New YorkJuliana Rivera is a manager in Bridgespan’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2020, Juliana has supported a range of impact investing, philanthropy, and nonprofit clients, with a focus on strategic planning, systems change, and impact measurement. Juliana has worked with several national nonprofits to develop multi-year strategies with the goal of defining their strategic priorities and strengthening their program delivery, internal culture, and operations to achieve those priorities. Her passions and expertise include climate, environment, and racial equity.
Prior to joining Bridgespan, Juliana’s career spanned the private, social, and tech-for-good sectors, including financial services consulting at EY, strategic partnerships at a social enterprise dedicated to nonprofit capacity building, and teaching English as a second language at a university in Costa Rica.
Juliana holds an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, where she was a Consortium fellow, a scholarship for students dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. She also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University, where she graduated with honors. A New Jersey native, she has since found her way back home and now lives in northern New Jersey with her husband and young son.
