Jasleen Kaur

Jasleen is a senior manager in Bridgespan’s Mumbai office. She has more than 11 years of consulting, research and analysis experience. At Bridgespan, Jasleen has worked on a variety of advisory and knowledge cases. She has worked with collaboratives, NGOs and philanthropists on various topics including strategy development, operating model and policy analysis. She co-authored “Reimagining Global Operating Models: Steps Multi-Country Organizations Are Taking to Advance Equity and Shift Power Locally” (Bridgespan.org, 2023).

Prior to Bridgespan, Jasleen worked with KPMG, CRISIL and Ernst & Young (EY) across several engagements. This includes business strategy, market assessment, feasibility studies, policy advisory, due diligence and transaction advisory. She has worked with some of the leading public and private sector enterprises, government authorities, private equity players and multi-lateral agencies.

Outside of work, Jasleen is a passionate baker and an avid traveler. Jasleen holds an MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in business studies from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi.
