Jack Sullivan

Senior Manager, Boston

Jack Sullivan is a senior manager with Bridgespan’s Boston office. Since joining Bridgespan in 2020, Jack has supported nonprofit and philanthropic clients focused on a range of issue areas including K-12 education, child welfare, early childhood care and education, and gun violence reduction. He has also worked within Bridgespan’s impact investing practice, helping institutional investors to develop their impact fund strategies – and to build impact measurement and management frameworks that put those strategies into practice.

Jack began his career in public sector consulting with Deloitte, where he focused primarily on supporting public health and international development clients on strategy and performance management. After Deloitte, he advised the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health on social health insurance reform with Results for Development.

Jack holds an MPA in International Development (MPA/ID) from the Harvard Kennedy School, as well as a BA in Economics and Global Development Studies from the University of Virginia.
