Angela Maldonado

Angela Maldonado is a partner in Bridgespan's Boston office. Her work to date has focused on nonprofit strategy development and strengthening organizational operating models.

Angela brings a depth of expertise in public K-12 education previously serving as a teacher, teacher coach, district project manager, and education consultant. Prior to joining Bridgespan, Angela was a Partner at TNTP, a national education consulting nonprofit firm, where she advised senior-level executives at state education agencies, philanthropic organizations, and districts on a range of topics including strategy, leadership development, human capital systems and strategies, change management, and racial equity. She also oversaw the organization’s leadership development programs and practices team, leading the creation of the organization’s first equity-centered leadership development framework. In 2015, Angela gained national recognition for her work as a Forbes award winner as one of the most influential leaders in education.

Angela graduated with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance. She also holds a Master of Education from the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania.
