Aditi Sharma

Senior Manager , Mumbai

Aditi is a senior manager in Bridgespan’s India office. She has ten years of consulting experience across a range of thematic areas including social protection and inclusion, education, sanitation, and sustainable livelihood. At Bridgespan, she has worked on advisory and knowledge-generating work on topics related to early childhood education, foundational learning, rural development, and building resilient nonprofits. She has been part of Bridgespan’s multi-year, multi-stakeholder collaboratives including the Pay-What-It-Takes India Initiative and Community-Driven Change.

She has also co-authored publications on these topics including Funder Practices That Strengthen Nonprofit Resilience: Lessons from India and Community-Driven Change: Demonstrating Impact in Africa and India.

Prior to joining Bridgespan, she worked in the Health, Human and Social Services practice at KPMG in India. She has advised and supported clients including government, multilateral and bilateral agencies, philanthropists and nonprofits on policy and strategy, program management, monitoring and evaluation, and impact assessment.

Aditi has also authored and contributed to various knowledge papers published by KPMG India on sanitation, gender, and impact investing.

Aditi holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bristol, U.K. and a Master of Science in Development Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, U.K.

Aditi is fluent in English and Hindi. In her free time, she enjoys photography, playing musical instruments, theatre and spending time with family and friends.
