Jor Torres

Jor is a manager based in Bridgespan’s New York office. Since joining Bridgespan, Jor has supported a mix of nonprofit and philanthropy clients across the climate, education, and housing sectors on engagement, focused on organizational effectiveness and growth strategy. Across his work, Jor has a focus on economic mobility, equity, and place-based change.

Prior to Bridgespan, Jor worked in for-profit and public sector consulting, corporate strategy at an e-Commerce organization, and as an Education Pioneers Fellow at the Illinois State Board of Education supporting the integration of the Teaching Equitable Asian American Community History (TEAACH) Act into K-12 social science curricula.

Jor earned undergraduate degrees in Commerce and Economics from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.
