MY TURN Business Plan

In conjunction with The Bridgespan Group, MY TURN, Inc., over a six-month period, established a sharper definition of the population they wanted to serve, identified aspects of the program model they needed to supplement, and prioritized a list of potential expansion sites. They also developed firm estimates of how much the new initiatives were going to cost and laid out a detailed timeline for getting the work done. The result was a clear plan to guide MY TURN’s growth over a five-year time horizon.
